The safety & well-being of our employees, customers & clients has always been our number one priority, & never more so than now, during the Coronavirus outbreak. As part of our commitment to this, we are carefully monitoring the evolving situation, taking daily advice from the National Health Service (NHS), the World Health Organisation (WHO) and Public Health England (PHE).

We want to take this opportunity to update you on the steps we've taken to ensure we can continue to offer a "business as usual" service to all.

We must also stress that none of our employees have been affected to date, but we are closely monitoring the situation & have put in place a series of measures & processes to protect everyone who works for us & everyone we have contact with.

To offer protection, we have the following in place:

• Everyone at Davis & Lund is following the current Government guidelines.
• All our employees have been issued with hand sanitiser gel to use regularly (those based in our offices and out on site).
• Social distancing has been adopted by all employees, where we can.
• All our equipment is being cleaned & sterilised more regularly.
• We will contact all viewers and vendors before appointment to ensure they do not have any symptoms.
• The usual handshake will not take place.
• For the safety of our staff and customers, please refrain from coming in to the office unless absolutely necessary.
• We're working on contingency plans to ensure that, if required, key members of our team can work from home, meaning there will always be someone available to respond to emails or telephone calls but please be aware our office hours may be slightly reduced, therefore please afford us time to respond.
